Jon had received Bran’s raven well beyond the Wall, farther north than he had ever been. He never questioned it, knowing there was no corner of the world his brother, the Three-eyed Raven, could not find. He had been done with Westeros almost a year before, but while the message had been brief, there was no way ‘Arya needs you, be at the port in Oldtown in three moon turns,’ would not have made him find his way south, banishment be damned.
What he had not expected was to find his old friend, the new Lord of Storm’s End, waiting for the same ship. They had had just enough time, the sennight they waited for Arya, for Gendry to disclose that he had gotten a similar raven from King Bran.
The moment Arya disembarked, she had a bundle tied to her chest, and only once she was close enough to both men, they could make out the top of a newborn babe’s head, crowned with coal-black hair. -

My take on the prompt: Gendry is trying to help Arya get home to her family. Along the way they find a small inn they can stay at, but the owners clearly frown upon renting a room to an unwed couple. So, they pretend to be married for the night, and try to put on a convincing display for the innkeepers.
