Holy butterflies in my stomach. This is the best kind of character introspective. A look at what was simmering between wwx and lwj during their time on the road, solving the puzzle of wwx's resurrection.
This is truly beautiful writing. I kept trying to pick out a quote or 2 to comment to the author as my favorites and it was impossible. I ended up with a notes sheet with half the story copied onto it. This is a short amd sweet must reread for me!!!

One of my new all time favs!! I truly love this worldbuilding and wish it was so much longer, a full proper long fic!
The one where LWJ is a semiferal dragon omega whos isolated from the rest of the lan sect growing up but doesn't realize its bc theyre ashamed of him, not bc theyre afraid of his raw power.
The wen war arrives and lwj is released into the world thinking omegas are all as strong and fierce as him. Meeting fox alpha wwx just reinforces 'alphas are weak and shy and need our protection'. The world is baffled by his hutzpah and he by its terrible inefficiency.Seriously the BEST kind of misunderstanding I love this so much!!!
