Summary
Akechi knows that he’s not supposed to be able to hear Morgana. Maintaining the illusion of ignorance is vital if he wants to gain Akira’s trust and guarantee his death. It’s just a shame that Morgana insists on testing his patience during every interaction. The amount of insults he’s had to endure with a straight face is ridiculous. Still, he tells himself that he just has to curb his indignation until November. Then his plan will culminate in the assassination of the Phantom Thieves’ leader. With Akira gone, Shido will win the election - and Akechi’s moment for revenge will arrive.
He’s so close to victory that he can taste it in the back of his throat. If the biggest obstacle to his success is a talking cat, then he’s gotten pretty lucky.
Unfortunately, he underestimates just how much of a roadblock Akira himself will turn out to be.

Summary
Akechi is feeling the effects of riding around for too long in the Monabus, and Haru offers a chance to stop and rest. Akechi stubbornly refuses. Haru takes matters into her own hands, and what should have been a simple pit stop results in Haru letting out some pent-up feelings.
Based on the one 3rd semester Mementos dialogue of Akechi’s that only Haru can respond to.

Again, she decided to speak up. “Are you sure you’re okay, Crow?”
“As I said, I’m fine,” he bit out, not looking at her.
She pursed her lips and let out a frustrated breath through her nose. He could be as stubborn about it as he liked, but she refused to see him continue to be in discomfort for however many floors existed on this path. Not only was it unpleasant to watch, but it was clearly wearing on him, as much as he tried to pretend otherwise. What if that translated to him being hurt in battle? Or carried over into the real world? Was he really going to risk that just because he didn’t want to stop?
This is Akechi-kun we’re talking about, of course he will. Possibly because I offered in the first place.
