Summary
The night before Subaru's arrival to Lugunica, Roswaal lets slip a careless remark during Ram’s nightly mana treatment - one which reveals to her a single detail from the Gospel’s prophecy, and becomes the spark that changes everything.
On the following day, Ram, armed with the foreknowledge and resolve to save herself a great deal of trouble, avoids losing her Liege in the crowd of the Capital.
A small deviation from the preordained. Yet even the tiniest change can send ripples through fate, as history strays from the path of prophecy.
This new path - one nobody could have predicted - will lead Ram and the dark-haired youth she meets in a dark alleyway, through Twists and Turns | To Make Ram/Barusu a Thing.
Note: This has originally started as an experiment, as the early chapters show in their quite unique, summary style, but as it moved along, it has grown and expanded, until it became a bit of a phenomenon, and a full fledged Fanfiction, that now has a co-author in PiroMonster, a Beta in Falal, and even a bit of a following, with multiple other Fanfictions taking inspiration from it. So, in order to have the cover reflect the content, this new, updated summary was born.

Summary
When the battle of Priestella came to an end, peace had prevailed. Subaru Natsuki defeated the archbishops and was known as the hero who saved them all. Unfortunately, the problems did not go away. In a second unexpected attack, Subaru fought and resisted against the archbishops of Gluttony, managing to survive, but the consequences were not the worst. In the end, the world forgot him.
And yet, Subaru will hold on at any cost. He will not fall without first doing something.

Summary
Subaru Natsuki was at his most broken and desperate after being rejected by almost all of the royal candidates when he merely begged for their help. And thus, he seems to be set on suffering a terrible fate yet again. Not just himself, but those around him.
As he sat despondently and alone in a dark, empty alleyway with fear and hatred consuming him, the sounds of metal footsteps approached from behind and an imposing shadow loomed overhead.
"Are you the one called...Subaru Natsuki?" Asked a raspy, echoey, and almost monstrous voice.
Turning around, startled by the voice that sounded so unnatural, Subaru could not help but stare in shock at the person who stood before him.
When he was transported to this world, he was NOT expecting to get help from...General Grievous from Star Wars.
