At this point she had a whole garden of bruises flowering up and down her sides, and every movement sent a dull pain through her bones. She took a deep breath and forced it into background static, scrambling onto her feet as fast as she could.
“Lucky hit,” she said, shifting back into a defensive position.

Anyway, that’s why she just broke two pairs of scissors trying to get her stupid fucking hair to just fucking cut already in one of Titans Tower’s communal bathrooms.

And… he likes it, for some reason. He likes being Red Robin, the woman. The idea of Red Robin being a man fills him with an echoing sense of wrongness. Maybe it's because he created the identity as a woman, but for whatever reason, the idea of it throws him off.
(Maybe he can have this. Maybe, after a year of self destruction for the sake of others, he can have something for himself. Even if he doesn't understand why he wants it.)
So when Tim suits up for patrol for the first time since he left to travel the world, he keeps the costume as it is, minus the cowl.
Red Robin is a woman. Tim drake is not, though. It takes a bit for her to figure it out.
