After snapping her fingers, she wakes up again in Afghanistan. She has to reevaluate her life. She doesn't regret snapping, but there are other things she regrets.
What happened was that Tony had always been a bad girl for the press, the girl that everyone loved to hate. And when she first became a hero she got good press and that was kind of addictive. She loved being loved, a part of her was still the girl who just wanted her parents to look at her and love her.
She had been the Sugar Mommy of the Avengers. She needed to be a part of something bigger, she needed them more than they really needed her. That's why it was a horror to see in Civil War how most of the team joined Steve, her husband who was betraying her by sheltering Bucky. In the end even Natasha who she considered her best friend betrayed her for Steve. She had only been a wallet to them, free housing, and a public face. Even when she fell in love with Steve, he had taken advantage of her like everyone else.
So she had the opportunity to redo everything. She would no longer be the good girl, she didn't care about that. She would now only do what she felt was right and would never again be part of a team or Fury's puppet.
