It's not that she's not happy for her friends, because she is! Even if it's buried under more self-centered worries.
Mirabelle just wishes that she could imagine herself in Isabeau or Siffrin's shoes; going on a date with someone she loves; and being able to feel anything but the dread that's currently coiling in her gut.
Mirabelle is having issues with self-acceptance. Odile agrees to an unconventional solution.
