It's a strange thing, seeing the world with her own eyes. Now that the battle is over, now that the false veil pulled over everyone's eyes is no longer, everything feels more...open, somehow. Sincere, if that's the right word. The first things Columbina sees, past the clearing smoke and dust, is the golden sunset dipping down beneath the peak of the mountains and the pink clouds rolling in the sky.
The first thing she sees...is Sandrone, laying limp and unmoving on the floor.
