Summary
Elim Garak has gone undercover to discover if his hunches once again have proven right. In an effort to gain an ally he seeks out Colonel Kira Nerys on Deep Space Nine, only to instead run into the very inebriated chief medical officer of the station, Julian Bashir.
As Garak battles his relapse with substance abuse he must find a way to keep this newfound knowledge a secret. Made public, it would threaten the already fragile future of Cardassia.
