Summary
To be quite honest, it should have been impossible for anyone to be here. The entire point of living here was that there were no other people, and despite that fact Caitlyn Kiramman still stands before him to threaten his life. His eyes flick to the gun for a moment before returning to her as his chest flutters weakly. It’s not the threat he’s afraid of, really, but he worked so, so hard for this ending. He and his husband deserve a bit of joy after the life they lived, and that should have the right to last longer than a year or two. As his vision is swaying, his line of sight is promptly blocked by Jayce’s back once more.
A story about the return to Piltover and Zaun for two scientists estranged from their home, a series of trials in a severely understaffed court, and a truly absurd amount of Zaunite drinking games held at Piltover parties.
