Everything in Agna Quel’a was shaped by tradition, from the clothes they wore to the food they ate, the way their men hunted and how their women healed. Tradition was important, because breaking tradition meant risking to break the unity of Agna Quel’a, tentatively formed thousands of years ago and growing stronger with every new generation that honoured those that came before by following their traditions. Princess Yue knew better than most, if not all, other people at the North Pole how much it had taken her ancestors to find enough common ground to collaborate. It had been - still was – drilled into her, by her father, by his most important advisors, by her tutors.

Summary
Like most (if not all) bad ideas, this one, too, started with Kayama Nemuri being bored.
To be fair, at least fifty percent of the blame went to Shouta, for being a fucking killjoy, and Hizashi, for being a spineless bastard and agreeing to stay in for their fortnightly Friday night.Short fic in which Midnight gets the girls together for a fun night out, they destroy a bar (mostly Rumi's doing, to be fair) and do other fun stuff.

Only the ones she hadn’t caused in time.(Relatively) short fic in which Inko has enough of watching abuse happen over and over again without anyone doing a thing to stop the perpetrators, so she steps in herself. And also kinda collects a bunch of kids on the way, including one very crispy fire boi.

Missing Chris is less of an emotion these days and more of a physical entity. He’s sure everyone can see that he’s slowly hollowing himself out, that he can’t do much of anything else.
But when Jee laughs at him trying to get his tongue to touch his nose, and Mara loops one of her arms through his to keep him from tossing the rest of his cup in the garbage, Eddie feels solid again.
Maybe he likes yellow birthday cake ice cream after all.
(or, gerrard messes with the team's schedules and eddie 'i just drove my son to flee the state' diaz is the only option to watch mara and jee-yun after school on tuesdays, which, shouldn't be a problem at all, right?)

May realised a very long time ago that Buck was basically her stepbrother. So, when the lightning strike finally provided the impetus for Bobby to admit that he also brought a kid into their family, she had every intention of seizing the opportunity to properly integrate Buck into the Grant-Nash family.
And, look, if in the process she also gains a brother-in-law… clearly the universe was just waiting for the opportunity to make that happen.
