Leather pants pulled down to his thighs, Kerry's hands shuffling down the waistband of his boxers till he can see the flushed head of Johnny's, one may say impressive, t-dick. He could drop to his knees in front of him, offer his mouth to be used, but, damn, Johnny's face is red all the way down to his chest and Kerry wants more of that. To see it close, not on his knees.

Ghost has no idea what he did for his body to take such zealous action against him - normally he's extremely meticulous about doing his physical therapy and stretches; he has enough old wounds and aches that they can flare up at any moment, so he tries to minimize it as much as possible.
But he did something to his neck, or his shoulders, and his whole upper body has been bothering him for days, no matter how many painkillers he takes or how he tries to stretch and soothe the aches away himself.
He knows Soap has noticed - Soap notices everything about him.

Soap turns to him, mock-serious. “What about you, Ghost? When’d you lose it?”
Half a joke, but not quite. The kind of thing you say when you’re loose enough to ask, but not drunk enough to forget the answer might come with weight.
Simon freezes for half a second — barely noticeable, but there.
He sets his pint down with quiet precision, eyes locked on the condensation sliding down the glass. His voice, when it comes, is rough. Measured. Almost clinical.
“Seven.”
The table goes dead silent.

When Ghost decides to disobey an order to take out a soldier for reasons he can't explain he expects Roba's retribution. He doesn't expect the rescue that follows though. Nor does he expect that rescue to actually be a rescue rather than a weapons acquisition.
