Summary
"Seonghwa." He turned, eyes glistening with sunlight streaming in through the window he'd spent the last few weeks staring at. They were black, blackened by pain, by peace, by life, by death, by companionship and loneliness. Hongjoong contained a flinch.
The irises expanded, consuming her sclera like blood on marble, consuming her windows, the only view they had of her soul. Another iris appeared in that black, puddle-blue, angelic, cerulean, false, fictitious, artificial immensity. It broke, gathered and spun. A pop-up was heard and the white sclera emerged again, the irises cut in silver. A hunter finding his prey; a predator spotting its prey.
His pale, snowy hand, which should have been as scarred as the ground trampled by a war, shook, itching to kill him. Hongjoong was recognized as a threat.
Of all the lives Seonghwa has lived, Hongjoong was in every one of them, living only one.

"Hello?" In the background, San huffed, cursing loudly and kicking a tree. Hongjoong turned around, a little irritated, and asked for silence with a bloodied index finger. The current hunt coughed loudly, spitting up blood. "Home? Not long."
Jongho bit back a sneer and dragged the near-corpse away from the older man. She struggled and the vampire avoided shutting her up.
"What you need?" He tried to clean his hands, shifting the phone to his ear and wincing as blood wetted the cartilage. He rubbed his hands on his clothes and walked away, gesturing to the three of them. Mingi snorted in amusement. "Chocolate, condensed milk…"
It was an interesting mix, but not impossible. They still dared say that a vampire would not be able to fall in love with other creatures.

Summary
Hongjoong has no qualms. Any date and off date, there's blood on his clothes. Be it for his distorted idea of art, his abstinence from the screams of victims or falling in love again with the suffering of others.
This halloween, in the garb of a pirate, he meets someone who didn't scream or bleed, but slit him more than any mangled throat.

His lips barely moved and his words came out a shallow whisper: “Yes, sir.” The man’s eyes were focused on his face, pupils blown wide. Seonghwa had never seen that look on him before. He drew his lower lip into his mouth and bit back his agonized groan as the fingers thrusted into him, moving in and out slowly, teasingly.

Summary

Summary
Born as a human into a world where angels rule, Seonghwa has never been in control of his own fate. Stolen away from his village at fifteen, he found himself forced into a despicable man-made movement dedicated to manufacturing metal wings and fusing them to the backs of stolen humans, all in the attempt to fight back against the angel regime. Brainwashed and exploited, they are known as silverwings.
Hope has never been in the cards for Seonghwa.
Born as a true angel, Hongjoong has dedicated his life to a resistance of his own creation, focused on the rehabilitation of any and all silverwings he can manage to save from their cruel fate. When a mission ambush ends in Seonghwa’s rescue, however, he proves to be a far more difficult case than anyone had bargained for - especially Hongjoong.
