Summary
"I want to buy flowers, but it's my first time, yes," the customer stated in a steadier voice, eyes never leaving Mydei's.
Mydei hummed and turned to the selection before them even though he knew every bouquet by heart, having made some of them just this morning to replace those that had already withered. He hunched over a white roses one to smooth the wrapping paper, "So, what does your lover like?"
"I don't know, what do you like?"
Or, one day, Phainon enters Mydei's shop to buy flowers. And then, he keeps on coming back.

Summary
“Still, Lord Phainon, a marriage proposal?” Castorice asked, her voice tinged with quiet incredulity.
“What were you thinking?!” Hyacine exclaimed, turning towards Phainon in disbelief.
Phainon let out a sheepish laugh, scratching the back of his head. “Ma-maybe he just…misunderstood? I mean, who accepts a proposal from someone they've just met?” He bit his lip, cheeks heating, clearly mortified.
“Right…” Cipher rolled her eyes. “The real question is who proposes to someone they’ve just met?” She paused, blinked, then pointed out, “Actually, sounds like you’re meant for each other if we put it that way.”
Aglaea raised a brow, while Tribbie covered her mouth to hide a smile.
TLDR: Phainon says the wrong thing. Mydeimos says yes.

Summary
There are stories of a fearsome beast that lives in a moving castle far above the small farming village of Aedes Elysiae. In exchange for the villagers' safety, every twenty years they must offer up a Deliverer.
Phainon has known ever since he was born that he was raised for the sole purpose of being the next Deliverer—the ritual sacrifice meant to satiate the ravenous hunger of the vampire that has terrorized their village for eons.
But what if said vampire is far unlike what Phainon had been led to believe all his life?

Summary
Phainon exhaled as he leaned against the wall of the bakery, and around him the streets were empty and cold, but the bakery still pulsed with warmth and life, casting light down the empty streets.
His fingers dug into the grooves of his apartment key deep inside his pocket, and from inside he could hear Mydei's faint laughter, which only made him smile softly in the darkness.
