There’s a long pause where Derek has to just take it all in. He hears Stiles breathing heavily after his freak out, and Derek tries to fully understand what is going on. “So what you’re saying, Stiles…is that you have a…”
“A dildo stuck in my ass, Derek, and I’m really freaking out about it!” His voice gets shrill towards the end and Derek covers his eyes with his free hand.

During the summer of Harry’s ‘8th Year’, an onslaught of disturbing nightmares, all featuring the grisly demise of his former arch-rival, plague his sleep. He was almost grateful his psyche had moved on from the real lives lost, but despite the fact that Malfoy was alive and well and returning to school, Harry couldn’t shake the feeling that something terrible would happen to him.
Now, faced with the realization that these nightly visions were somehow sinking their claws into his reality, he had no choice but find the meaning behind the sudden change in nightmare fuel and not only face the horrors of Malfoy’s repeated, untimely death, but worse— the intimacy he also seemed to share with the blond in those very dreams.
TL;DR - Harry is having dreams that Draco kicks the bucket in front of him. Cue old feelings, cue Harry not having a normal year.

Summary
1.
In a parallel reality, Sirius Black never chases after Peter Pettigrew the night the Potters are killed, but instead stays to take care of Harry. He ends up adopting him and raising him together with his partner Remus Lupin. A small change that has a ripple effect on Harry's personality and life.

When fighting off some Death Eaters in the Department of Mysteries, Harry accidentally falls through the doorway between the Time Room and the Space Room and is sent to a parallel universe, switching places with another Harry who grew up with muggles and was Sorted into Gryffindor instead of Slytherin.

Back in his own world, Harry is about to start Sixth Year but is becoming increasingly aware of the up-coming war. At least he has his dads and Draco by his side.
