Marlene begrudgingly arrived at the hospital wing after her girlfriend Dorcas Meadowes and close friend Remus Lupin dragged her there. “Dorcas..” She whines, wincing as her finger moves, “no Marlene”.
Remus knocks on the mediwitch’s office door. Marlene huffs, embarrassed at the situation she got herself into.
“Come in” Madam Pomfrey calls
The three file in, Dorcas dragging Marlene. “Oh dear what happened, Marlene?”.
She fidgets but eventually explains “well I was looking for my eyeliner and it rolled under my bed so I put my trunk on top of my bed so I could reach it…um and when I couldn’t I punched the trunk and it fell on my hand...”Marlene confides in Minerva and Poppy after injuring her hand, she looks to them for advice about telling her mum she's gay. things don't go so well over at her house, she seeks comfort in her friends and Minnie and Poppy.
