When Stannis was gone, Renly couldn’t help but look up once more, towards the comet hanging in the sky. Bright red, and so far away. It had appeared last night and would surely vanish from the sky within the evening, continuing its course through space away from the planet with no name where Renly had been reborn. The planet where, he knew, he would face dragons and monsters born from the cold.
Renly turned away. The comet did not mean anything. He had more pressing matters to attend anyway. He was going North to meet the infamous Ned Stark. With any luck, maybe he would finally find the beginning of the Plot.
Or maybe the Plot would find him.

“I'm not going to hurt him, son.” Batman lied, like he didn't beat up criminals at night since he was a total weirdo. “I'm going to help him, like he's done for me.”

Ch 7; definitely a top 10 self-insert fic. I haven't come across many of these in the TokyoRev fandom so far (esp exploring the Shiba family, who fascinate me) so this was a refreshing read.
