Summary
Narcissa is a world-renowned neurosurgeon and is finally free of her oppressive socialite marriage to Lucius Malfoy. She has thrown herself into work and with the help of a secret admirer who has been leaving her articles, notes and advice on different surgeries and research she's been doing she finds herself professionally happy and romantically intrigued. Finding out who Dr. Hermione Granger was is not as shocking as what this young doctor has overcome, and Narcissa finds herself relying on her sisters to not throw herself head first into the all consuming allure of their connection. The age difference, the difference in their statuses, the trauma they both have from their pasts- it all combines to challenge what Narcissa believes is her only chance at real true love.
