Summary
The words Molly Weasley and overbearing tend to go hand in hand.
Stubborn and fierce, the matriarch of the Weasley clan wants what she believes is best for her seven children all while ignoring their repeated attempts to make her understand they are already happy- or at least they are somewhat content.
When Percy Weasley finds himself the only potentially single Weasley sibling in attendance at Harry and Ginny's upcoming wedding his mum decides to take it upon herself to find him a suitable girl to bring along as a date- the only problem is Percy is gay and hasn't yet told his family.
Throw in an announcement that the Head of the Transportation department is retiring and there will be a party in two weeks' time where having a plus one is, well not required, but at the very least strongly encouraged and you have a pressure cooker of a situation.
A chance encounter brings Percy face to face with his former best mate (and former crush) Oliver Wood. Feeling the weight of expectation bearing down on him Percy proposes a solution, to fake date. It's a dumb idea, a crazy idea and for some unknown reason Oliver seems all too willing to go along with it.
