Hero jolted awake, a strange feeling overtaking him. He wondered what time it was. He shifted, about to sit up, and it was then that he realized he was lying on the floor. He sat up, confused, and looked around.
It did not help. In fact, it made it worse. So, so much worse.
He was sitting on the floor of Basil’s living room. Aubrey was sleeping on the couch behind him. Kel and Sunny were asleep on either side of him.
What the hell?
Or, Hero gets stuck in a time loop, right before Basil and Sunny both end their own lives.
