Summary
This isn't what agent Natasha Romanoff has signed up for. Because, seriously, there's a slight difference between a routine transport of a detainee from one place to another and getting hurled through space to the other side of the universe and having to survive with your only support being a homicidal alien who attacked your world not that long ago. Which is not at all made easier by the fact that said man cannot even talk.
An AU starting post OG Avengers, now more fashionable than ever, since canon is doing it as well.

Clint would have come to help. Like, really. If it hadn't been for just a tiny detail—the kind which causes the best laid plans to spiral into chaos.
It's not like Clint had a plan, anyway. Still, this whole slavery thing is supposed to be Loki's punishment. Maybe Clint's being petty, but it sounds more like the joke's on him.

When the time comes to pass sentence on Loki after the events in The Avengers, Odin decides to go for the poetic justice angle. For his attempt to enslave humanity, Loki has his magic and powers bound, and is sent back to Midgard and given over to Tony Stark to be his slave.
