~Death should be the end of life. This is natural order, that's how it should work. But sometimes, sometimes Death have other ideas~
Percival Graves died as he lived: strong, painfully, insolently and with lots of fire (and with chronic depression, but it wasn't important, not like he even known he had it). It should be end.
Harry Potter always was a bit different. Nothing to worry about, being different from Dursley's was a good thing. But turned out wizards don't know things they never learned, they don't use strange spells and they definitely don't have inborn inability to deal with idiots (mostly, for sure there was someone, who lost patience at some point)
Unfortunately for Voldemort (and Dumbledore, let us not forget about this meddling old man) serving a concussion and tortures to an old soul isn't a great idea. It could, for example, make them remember their previous life. And now you have this person, powerful, experienced and pissed off war and politics weteran who is teenager now and have personal vandetta. Not best idea for Dark Lord.- Language:

Summary
On the morning of November 1st Harry Potter and Dudley Dursley were left in the care of the state after the deaths of Mr and Mrs Dursley. They were leading pretty ordinary lives until one unusual woman by the name of Aurora Sinistra delivered them two letters.
These letters led to a series of questions like; What do you mean magic is real? Why the hell have we been living in an orphanage if he has three living parents, two uncles, and four godparents? Who the hell names a school Hogwarts? Who is this mysterious twin brother? What the shit is a horcrux? Was that a fuCKING DRAGON!?
Some of these questions are more important than others.
