Summary
"Open it," Kunikida tells Dazai, nodding at the file.
Dazai eyes him in bemusement. Slowly, after a few seconds, he does, pulling up the lip of the file and reaching inside. He takes the contents out slightly, only for himself to see.
He stills at what he does see.
Kunikida snatches the file out of his startled hands and upends the contents all over the table for everyone to see.
The reaction is absolute silence, except for a small gasp from Naomi. Junichirou is asking, "Is that…"
"Nakahara Chuuya," Yosano answers, her eyes fixated on them with shock.
They are pictures.
They are pictures of him and Chuuya, together.

The ADA finds out about Chuuya and Dazai's relationship, which leads to Kunikida saying some deeply hurtful things to Dazai. Chuuya takes care of Dazai in the aftermath.

"I- I've only seen them from afar." The child confessed bashedly.
"Oh."
"It felt just as soft as I thought." He continued dreamily, appearing to be stifling a smile as he bowed to Dazai, who lay down, motionless. "Thank you so much, Kidnapper-san! I am so grateful."
Atsushi is reverted back to a child, Dazai suffers from parental instincts. (And sucks at it) Kunikida shows his concern through violence. (It's received, but he sucks at it too)

Tears pricked Atsushi’s eyes as he listened to Nikolai, his words making sense to him somehow.
With each thrust rocking his body, the tears gathered in his eyes rolled down from the corners as he kept still, staring blankly at the ceiling letting his tormentor use him as he pleased.This story has been translated in Russian here

Summary
A recent serial killer case has the Yokohama police department up in arms enough for them to ask the Armed Detective Agency for help, the victims: all women, last seen at nightclubs littering around Yokohama.
Dazai thinks the best way to catch this culprit is to lure him in, but nobody is particularly thrilled to endanger the women of the Agency, so a different idea is offered up instead: have one of the agency's men dress up as a woman and lure them out instead.
Of course the unfortunate victim of this newfound scheme is none other than Nakajima Atsushi himself and along the way he might end up discovering some new things about himself too.
