Donghyuck runs a hand through his hair, “Please, Jaemin. I really like you.”
And oh, this isn’t the Donghyuck from two years ago- sharp on the edges and quick to hurt. He’s changed while Jaemin’s known him- it’s startling though it shouldn't be- and it sets off a deep pang in Jaemin’s heart.
Jaemin lets out a deep sigh. His eyebrows are knit together and he averts his gaze to stare out the window. Then, it refocuses on Donghyuck, frustrated and scared and full of apprehension in the way the youth is, with their whole, uncertain future ahead of them.

beomgyu has grown accustomed to living his life in blacks and whites and greys. Metaphorically, of course, he looks down at his glass of artificially orange juice. Well, it sure tastes sullen grey. He pokes his head under the blinds and sees 1950s filtered skies. Ah, where’s the joy in his life? Oh right, they left him along with one choi yeonjun. Cue bitter laugh.

Spoiler alert, he hadn't. He hadn't anticipated the urge to shout it out from the rooftops so everyone knew the love of his life was taken by him and no one else, “I’m in love with Choi Yeonjun and Choi Yeonjun loves me back!”, he hadn't known that it would kill him from the inside watching his boyfriend flirt with his friend as some twisted sort of fanservice, gutting out every traitorous, betrayed, furious part of him and leaving it out in the open to kick back and retaliate against this torture he called his dream.

Yeonjun is ignoring his boyfriend. As the boyfriend in question, Beomgyu can attest that this is not good. He might have a mental breakdown or two.
