Summary
A school wide family weekend is being put on at NRC. Naturally, the one in charge of putting the whole event together is Vil. With little time and few hands, he accepts Riddle's offer of help: one Cater Diamond. At first, Vil wants nothing to do with the overly enthusiastic influencer to be, but Cater manages to surprise him. As time goes on, Vil starts to see another side to Cater he never knew existed, but with these new reveals come secrets Cater desperately tries to hide. When it all comes crashing down, Cater overblots and his friends scramble to get him back.

Who is Kaz Brekker?
Most people would say he's a delinquent, cold-hearted, ruthless, bastard of the barrel.

Kaz Rietveld was a nine-year-old boy who had just lost his parents when he moved to live with Jakob Hertzoon, the first of many people who will let him down. Luckily for Kaz Brekker, that kid is dead, he died alongside Jordie that day, and now Kaz Brekker is moving in with the Fahey Family, Mr. Fahey, Jesper, and Nina, people who want to help Kaz get over his past trauma's but ever since Jordie died all Kaz knows is that appearances can be deceiving and he vowed to never trust another foster family ever again.
