Summary
After Flambae and Invisigal pull a particularly cruel prank on their boss, Robert suddenly goes missing without a word.
Toxic, under orders from Shroud, seeks out Robert Robertson and takes him to a facility where he is tested on. Shroud is working on a serum, derived from Sonar's DNA, that is supposed to turn the affected into mindless beasts for him to control. But, when said serum is tested on Robert, he only gains an unquenchable hunger for blood and a seemingly unending amount of pain. Toxic is happy to toy with Robert, allowing him to suffer on his own and giving him no other choice but to come crawling back to him. But, when the Z-team is sent to search for their colleague, Flambae is shocked to find that something far more sinister has come over Robert than they initially believed.

Summary
One of the main characters - the only surviving witness to a murder - has just woken from a coma. Not only is she entirely cognizant, but the first thing that the subtitles say she asks for is a lawyer.
“What are you fucking giggling about?”
The other person that’s been paying attention is Flambae. He’s right next to Robert on the couch, his arm slung over the top behind his head. One foot is propped up on the other knee, also pointing towards Robert, which has him caged in the corner by the arm rest. It’s probably some fucked-up power move. Robert has been ignoring it just to spite him.
“It’s just not how comas work,” Robert shrugs.
“Right, and you know because you’re a fucking doctor,” Flambae quips back.
“I know because I was in one, asshole.”

During a quiet night in, Robert realizes that his coma and injuries aren't common knowledge among Z-Team.
Most of them take the information in stride with jokes aplenty.

Summary

In trying to figure out how to be together under these new conditions, they learn a lot more about each other and slowly fall in love.

Summary
Grian was living the absolute dream. An eight-to-five office job for a massive corporation, co-workers who made him want to tear his hair out half the time, a crummy apartment in the middle of Hermica’s capital city.... Anyone would be envious of him – how couldn’t he have an ego! But still, Grian could always count on his supervisor to humble him, just to let him know where he stands in society. Not to mention the highly advanced AI that the company had, called Xisu-MAVOID87, and which he had a sneaking suspicion was at least slightly sentient.
One day, Grian was tasked with handling a minor bug in said maybe-rogue AI’s system. Nothing too big, he was promised. And he had been told right. But had no one thought to warn him that Xisu-MAVOID87 learned how to talk on its own, or did he just witness an AI say its first words?
