"y'okay, ty?" torch called out as she walked in, big eyes already fixed on tyler's wings unfolding behind her. if she had a tail she'd end up spraining it from wagging too much.
"kept me waiting so long," tyler whined just to be dramatic, tapping her wingtip on the bedroll for emphasis. not unlike a pouting child stamping their foot to protest bedtime, or a pouting vulture that morning when she'd run out of her favourite berries.
kicking off her boots, torch was across the tent in seven seconds flat. a new record.
