The file is password protected, but Steve has an eidetic memory and has seen Tony enter it, before -- it would serve Tony right if Steve were to 'hack the hacker' and learn for himself what "Operation Spank Bank" is all about...

Somehow, though, the companion that Steve does find is money. Apparently, money has been piling up for all those years of purgatory between MIA and KIA without the U.S. government being able to declare either for fear of announcing a crushing truth about the fate of so many citizens' favorite icon. How strange it is to have money.
What can Steve do with money?
What is he supposed to do with money?
