Peering over the edge Simon’s nose wrinkled. “You don’t look okay.”
“Would you buzz off Snow?” Baz rolled over, sitting up fast enough to nearly collide with Simon.
Hands up, backing up, Simon paused, halfway through his step. He saw the flush, the way Baz curled around his pillow, finally caught the stay scents into a familiar line. “Oh!” he said, his own cheeks gone pink. “You’re in heat.”
Baz blinked. “Get fucked.”
No. Not Possible. He wasn't... was he?

“Look.” Is all he says.
I glare at the pretty night sky. The stars blink back.
“What am I looking at?” I mutter. I tick my eyes to him every few seconds. He’s staring at the sky too, though it’s so different than how I’ve seen him look at anything else. My heart suddenly pings with jealousy, wishing he’d look at me with that stupid awed gaze.
Then I just feel stupid.
How lonely have I gotten that I’m jealous of the big dipper?
