   Summary

   The Hero Public Safety Commission has had it's troubles in the past, but that was why it was reformed into the New Public Safety Hero's Commission. However, after Bakugou's agency does a raid on a suspicious warehouse, he finds a direct connection to the hero commission. There is close to no evidence and an unconscious woman. Not able to trust the proper channels, he turns to an underground hero for assistance. Will they discover the truth or will all the evidence be collected and destroyed.
