Then he sees the most beautiful person sitting at the bar.
He’s sitting at the bar in a black dress, there’s two gaps sitting on his hips, and several strings of pearls wrap around his waist. The top of the dress is a string halter top with a deep plunge at the front. He’s holding a pink drink in a martini glass (Asmodian Whiskey?) in one hand while the other tugs up the edges of his black opera gloves.
Husk has never claimed to be a romantic. But he sees this man at the bar, and he understands what the poets talked about.
