Summary
“Captain Wesker!” One of the R.P.D officers who's name Albert could never care to really commit to memory, came rushing into his office looking breathless and alarmed. “You're needed in the jail cells. It's Redfield sir.”
The young frazzled officer looked absolutely shaken as Albert rose from his seat to investigate what exactly happened to his pointman. “Does he need medical attention?”
If Chris was in the jail cells, and something serious happened, it was most likely accompanied by an injury. Why nobody thought to call his phone for this was beyond him, but he relented when the officer stammered.
“Y-yeah. I think so. There's blood and he's- he's just not acting right.”

A routine patrol goes sideways for Chris, forcing Albert Wesker to have to re-evaluate his pointman's status. What he discovers is an unexpected interference from someone else in Umbrella, and a pleasant surprise in Chris' reaction to his beloved Captain in particular.
