Summary
At nineteen years old, Akechi Goro has managed to make a comfortable situation for himself. Clawing his way out of poverty, facing familial and systematic neglect, landing himself a well-paying job- that he enjoys to some extent, but won't admit openly- and even getting his college tuition entirely funded by grants and scholarships, he's done pretty well for himself, a fact he isn't shy about.
What he doesn't expect however, is the sudden news that he has a younger brother, someone far away and distant he's never met but is suddenly faced with almost the exact same circumstances he was when he was younger. A dead mom, relatives that refuse to take him in, and a horrid man for a father that never bothered to show up in his life.
Given an impossible choice, he makes an even more impulsive and absurd decision.
