   Summary

   A vibration running through the metal veins of the ship causing her head to jerk left, catching sight of something lurking as her crew begun thrashing against their confinements.

   A growl erupting from her throat as she grabbed for the crossbow kept on her hip, setting her sights on where the metallic plates vibrated strongest and catching a glimpse of what she was searching for. A shadow lain across the water, vibrant red barely peaking from beneath the rocky coverage.

   Arms going steady, Chloe takes a deep breath in. Left eye locking shut as she aims, arm swaying slightly as she spots red and black barely peaking outside of the beast's cover. Letting out a slow breath as the crossbow recoils against her shoulder, knocking her backwards, weight falling onto her left foot as she rocks back against it, the metal vibrating intensely for a mere moment before going completely still.
