Summary
Oikawa's day started with him feeling unusually faint and his blood sugar being lower than usual. He took his blood sugar levels with a glucometer and got a reading of 2.8 mmol/L, which was low even for an average diabetic. Despite feeling tired and having a headache, he decided to go to school and to volleyball practice, thinking he could manage with some extra medicine. But as he walked to school, he felt more and more tired and his hands were shaking.
When he reached school, he greeted Iwaizumi who got suspicious of how he was feeling but he didn't say anything. During practice, Oikawa was obviously feeling way worse than he was in the morning.
