    “Don’t pretend to be empathetic,” Dick said as Slade skillfully avoided Dick’s prostate entirely, because he was an ass. “I can find a clit, but I’d assume you couldn’t, with the ex-wife and all. Marriages end for a reason, you know.”

    Slade snapped his hips even harder. “That is not why Adeline divorced me."
