Wei Ying.
Never before has Lan Zhan met someone so difficult to ignore. She’d had no issue with the other girl joining the fencing club, nor with her constantly recruiting strays to bring along to the regular evening sessions with her. In fact, when she had started actually applying herself and demonstrating some real skill with an epee, Lan Zhan had been able to admit that she was a good fit for the club. What Lan Zhan does have an issue with is that with her constant teasing, crude jokes, and crass humour that’s often aimed in her direction, Wei Ying has a way of making her feel unbalanced, like she’s teetering on a cliff’s edge staring down into an abyss that she can’t quite comprehend.
Lan Zhan does not like to make a habit of feeling unbalanced.
