   Summary

   Cassidy always felt like time moved too fast around her. At age four, Time told her she was supposedly Quirkless. When she was five, Time moved her to a country she didn't know. Time took her dad from her despite his supposedly powerful quirk. What was that supposed to mean?
   Time just moved too fast, and Cassidy could never keep up.
