Work Text:

Sakura yawned.

She knew she had a long day ahead of her. Her manager, Tsunade Senju, an ex-popstar herself, had managed to get her a gig with the famous boy band which was simply named - seven. It comprised three members: Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake. They were each immensely attractive in their own way- but if she was being completely honest, she had a crush on the first member- Naruto Uzumaki.

She had always been a sucker for blue eyes.

“Sakura Haruno! I better walk in there and you better be dressed and ready to go, young lady!” her manager screamed from outside her door, pounding on the door. Without waiting another second, her manager barged in. Tsunade Senju was a bombshell and was aging very gracefully. She had long blonde hair that went to the middle of her back and soft brown eyes that hardened when her husband, Jiraiya came to annoy her at work.

(But actually, Sakura had also caught her whispering sweet nothing into his ears while threatening violence)

“Ah! Perfect. As expected of my disciple!” Tsunade smiled, pressing a kiss to her forehead, and Sakura forgot to mention she was also like her mother figure.

Sakura was wearing a small pink dress that went down to brush her lower thigh. She was wearing green eye-shadow with pink-lipgloss. She also wore a sakura blossom necklace.

“Hi Tsunade-shisou, is it time? Are they here?”

“Yes, they’re waiting in the meeting room,” she smiled, “Unfortunately for both of us, my dumb husband is their manager.”

Sakura snorted, “I’m sure he’s not that dumb, my lady.”

“Oh hush with that,” she affectionately smacked her back, “Come, they’re excited to meet you!”

She walked in and she wasn’t sure what she was expecting, but to have all three stand when she entered and look her up and down was not it.

Naruto Uzumaki stood at the center, his short blonde hair contrasting nicely with the tan he somehow managed to keep even though he didn’t get out much- allegedly. He was also the same height as the oldest of the three, Kakashi. Kakashi kept his face relatively hidden, but somehow it worked. Kakashi had some weird form of heterochromia, with one eye being a dark gray and the other being a chilli red color. Some people have questioned if it was an infection or a contact, but turns out he was just born that way. He had gray hair, but it was sexy, really she didn’t know how he did it. That left her with the last of them-- Sasuke Uchiha. He was what they called lethally graceful. When she was younger, he for sure would have been her type. He was dark, mysterious, and had a gorgeous voice. His dark hair and equally dark eyes made girls worldwide come before even meeting him. He did use red contacts, and glared at Kakashi everytime he did because for some reason Kakashi didn’t need to for at least one eye.

“Haruno-sama, what a pleasure it is to meet you!” Kakashi Hatake came up to her, bowing a little and taking her hand to kiss it softly, and Sakura blushed furiously in response, “Aw, you’re adorable.”

Sakura glared furiously at the older man, pushing him away and turning to the other men, who were watching the interaction with curiosity. Naruto was the next to approach her. He looked at her and just smiled and dammit if it didn't make her want to climb him like a tree.

“Alright!” she clapped her hands together to distract herself from whatever this conversation was insinuating, “We need to start planning out our collab,” they’re the bigger group… so I hope they don’t abuse that, “What are you guys thinking?”

“Well--”

They’d decided on a tour together, which meant they were going to try and fit her into some old songs while also writing new songs to see what their vibe was. They worked tirelessly, writing love songs with Naruto (for no particular reasons), writing angsty songs with Sasuke, and writing depressing songs with happy background music with Kakashi. She wondered how they managed to make them feel like this in general. It was really shocking how well she was beginning to become an integral part of their group.

But, now that she had some free time, her long-time best friend and her dork boyfriend decided to come visit her.

“Forehead!” The door was slammed open, and she was sitting in her chair, an eye mask on while having her nails being worked on. Tsunade-shisou emphasized she needed to take care of her appearance, and while it annoyed her, she really couldn’t bear to argue with her.

Her bodyguard, Lee, stood in front of her protectively, while she lifted her eye mask off, putting it in the trash with a sigh.

“It’s fine, Lee, it’s just Ino and Sai. Could we have some alone time?”

Lee raised an eyebrow, but quickly nodded, “Of course, Sakura-sama. I will be just outside the door if you need me,” he glanced suspiciously at the two. She couldn’t blame him, he was a relatively new hire and wasn’t aware of her best friend’s... eccentricity.

“Hi Ino,” she smiled at her friend from the chair, her nails almost done, “What do I owe the pleasure?”

Sai peeked in from beside Ino and nodded, “Hi, Ugly.”

Ino snorted, and Sakura just rolled her eyes.

“Maybe I should just let Lee kick the two of you out, since your boyfriend wants to make fun of me,” she rolled her eyes at her friend, giving some cash to her personal nail tech, “Thanks, take the rest of the month off.”

“Lordy Sakura, I can’t believe you can afford that,” Ino sighs with envy, her own nails yellow and black, with an “S” on her pointer finger, “I’m so excited to see your solo show this weekend. Aren’t you?”

Sakura snorted, “Sure…! I have something I need to tell you, but you can’t say anything .”

Ino nods eagerly, taking a seat at her comfy chair, Sai remains standing, keeping an eye on everything to ensure Ino’s safety.

She hated these two cuties. Fuck them for being in love and shoving it in her face.

“So… do you remember that boy band, seven ?”

“Duh, everyone knows them,” Ino scoffed, glancing at her boyfriend before looking back to Sakura. Ino’s first crush had been Sasuke Uchiha— she loved his black hair, his even blacker eyes, and his pale skin. She liked how he looked like he’d kill her. Before Sai, Ino had a bad boy problem, where she’d only date men who treated her like shit.

But, if she was being honest, Sai was still pretty fucked up in the head. She heard from Tsunade, who’s shitty mentor’s ex-boyfriend, had basically sex-trafficked the guy. They’d never talked about it; either because Ino didn’t think she knew, or Ino didn’t know herself. Sakura wasn’t about to talk about something that isn't her business.

“Well… I didn’t tell you about this, but my manager, Tsunade, had sent them a request to collaborate… and well… we’re collabing! We’re going to do a couple of shows together— and if I’m lucky maybe a song.”

Ino’s jaw dropped. Even Sai snapped his eyes to her, his dark eyes looking at her suspiciously, like she was hiding something else.

“Holy fuck, Sakura! That’s amazing! I knew you were growing as an influencer and pop-star but that’s unreal ! Have you told anyone else? Hinata?”

Ah yes, Hinata. The other friend of Sakura’s. The two of them had ranted together about how they both had a crush on Naruto Uzumaki— one of the three. Sakura would feel guilty if she didn’t have him all to herself.

Sai snorted. Ino glared at him.

“Well… I suppose you won’t, considering the two of you have a little crush on the blonde! Personally—“ she stopped, looking at her boyfriend and grimacing before turning back to Sakura, “You have to keep me updated.”

Sakura snorted, “Of course, you’re my oldest friend. Even if you’re looking closer to a pig everyday.”

“Hey!—“

But the second she raised her voice, her bodyguard came rushing in and pushed the other aside.

“No need to yell in front of Sakura-sama. Are you okay, Sakura-sama?”

“Lee, it’s fine, really,” she smiled, affectionately, “But I think you two should be going. I have quite the awkward dinner to attend to tonight.”

“You must text me later, Sakura.”

“Obviously, Lee, will you show them out? Nicely please?”

“Yes ma’am.”

[ that night ]

She sat at a table with the three movie stars in a private area, reserved from everyone else. Tsunade and their manager had vanished, gone to “talk business”. Sakura took a bite of her ramen, wondering how on earth she managed this.

“Well? Isn’t it the best?” Naruto grinned from beside her, “I practically grew up here. Best ramen place in town.”

She wondered briefly how he could grow up here, but then figured it had sort of grown up with him. She smiled, softly, just like Tsunade taught her, “It’s really good. It’s not often I get ramen anymore.”

She ignored the frown from Kakashi, focusing on small, calculated bites so she could regulate her feelings. She needed to get to the bottom of this, what were they planning on collabing?

“Well,” Sasuke glanced at Naruto, “We’re wanting to discuss what you would be interested in.”

Sakura tried not to roll her eyes, keeping her sass to herself. Come on, it’ll be funny. You shut up.

There was also the problem of Inner. She’d been with Sakura since she was a kid. Her mother claimed it was just something that came with her family. She wasn’t sure why she was stuck with it , but there was nothing she could do.

She continued to talk with the three men, discussing options as well as what they were going to do. She could get used to this.
