Summary
Jake English lives alone in the middle of buttfuck nowhere. He's got his vegetable patches, his quaint little flock of hens, and his old hunting rifle from his Gran. It's lonely, but he's content with his life.
When his hens start going missing, Jake assumes it's a simple predator, and reinforces his coop to keep the thing out. When his hens continue to go missing, Jake is spurred into finding the culprit himself.
