    Bakugou just wants to have a nice walk with Aizawa, a day free of emotional baggage where he can just hang out with his guardian.

    He knows better than to have hopes anywhere near U.A.

    He should've known better than to expect to never have to interact with Toshinori again. Should've remembered what he's done to the man that refuses to listen to him.

    There wasn't supposed to be an emergency, Aizawa had checked, but regardless he never should've made his kid wait twenty minutes. Not when Toshinori wasn't within line of sight.

    But an emergency text comes in, Bakugou asks for help, and Aizawa refuses to let his kid down again.

    He should've known he would fail, again. What he didn't expect, never could've, was to find out exactly why Bakugou is always so determined to be the first one into danger, why he refuses to ask for help.

    Toshinori is a hero and a teacher. Young Bakugou is obviously upset if he's at U.A. to see him. As a hero and a teacher, Toshinori will help. He refuses to give up or back down, no matter what.
