Ilya Rozanov gets a phone call out of the blue from his sister-in-law informing him that his brother has died. Out of tradition he grabs the bottle of sealed vodka from the kitchen to give his brother a final toast goodbye but finds himself faced with breaking the rules around alcohol he put in place when he was seventeen but it's fine, right?
