Summary
Rose knew about Shane earlier, but she is still filming in Montreal, so they are going out together. Shane is forced to wear a "slutty" outfit, and Ilya is mad about it.
“woah are you okay? You look like you might be sick.”
“I umm fine, I was uh” grasping at straws at anything to get him out of this situation. “zoning out.” That was surely believable enough, right? It had to have been, but she followed his eyes and saw Ilya Rozanov palming the girl like a hungry jungle cat.
“Huh. okay.” Rose said. She felt some tension around him and said, “You became stiff again, Shane. Twirl me, let’s loosen you up.”
Shane spins Rose around, and as soon as she whips back, she spins him around in a circle. His partially sheer t-shirt on display; his muscles flash in an unknowing way that riles Ilya up unintentionally. The world is spinning, yet he can still seem to feel where Ilya is in the room like magnets being pushed together.
