Summary
Seonghwa is the kind of dad who needs rules for everything and lives by them, because protecting his daughter is the one thing he’ll never compromise on. Hongjoong is the kind of dad who seems carefree on the outside, but he’s really running on caffeine and sheer devotion, scraping by, and still showing up for his son every single time. Their kids are best friends, which means the inevitable happens; a sleepover request.
Seonghwa refuses to even consider it until he’s seen Hongjoong’s place with his own eyes. The polite interrogation begins, the checklists, the colour-coded routines Hongjoong swears he’ll follow. But the more Seonghwa looks, the more he realises the house isn’t the problem—Hongjoong is safe, kind, and trying.
