Summary
In his first life, Childe, the 11th of the Fatuis Harbingers died miserably at the hands of his lover, Morax (known as Zhongli after giving up his title of Archon). Accused of having killed Xiao, he was dishonored. After his death, he wakes up in a strange place where he becomes a participant linked to a system. This system tells him that he was selected to play the role of other characters in different universes and that he must complete missions to recover points. Childe having no choice will therefore live 167 different lives.
At the end of his 168th life, he was told that he would wake up in his body during his first life. His mission during this lifetime is to "become the great villain of this story". Of course, he learns that the universe itself is an interactive story centered on the two twins : Lumine and Aether and that Childe no matter what the reader chooses will be the great villain. When he wakes up a few weeks after the appearance of the traveler, Childe decides to fulfill his mission correctly and become the great villain of the story and this time, he knows what to do without ending up torturing and killing by his lover, while becoming the final boss of this universe !
