I have recently fallen into the Check, Please! fandom. Imagine my delight in finding this story fairly quickly! Now imagine my sadness in discovering it is orphaned. Fortunately Tumblr left a trail so I now know this was written by @angryspaceravenclaw / @for-you-and-bits (2 blogs since abandoned) who is E. M. Lindsey, author of several books you can find on Amazon. ~ ~ ~ This story is wonderfully complex + beautiful + tender + funny + feels so realistic. I spent an afternoon-into-evening falling in love with this particular Jack Zimmermann + Eric Bittle + their wonderful circle of friends.

They'll have to find a way to entertain themselves until they get plowed out, if they don't drive each other up a wall first.
