THE MISSION REPORTS
FILE CLASSIFICATION: HIGHLY CONFUSING
AUTHORIZATION LEVEL: FISHYAfter leaving Gabe’s apartment (and by “leaving,” he means getting dramatically rescued and then semi-adopted by a terrifyingly cool pirate with a golden boat), Percy Jackson suddenly has something he’s never had before: time.
Which means his brain decided this would be a great opportunity to chase his long-suppressed dream of becoming a spy. Or maybe a detective. (He’s still workshopping the brand.)
Enter: The Mission Reports.
Also known as: “The thing his therapist suggested when she said ‘try writing about what happens to you.’”
Redacted: Okay, so the therapist is actually Bakkhe—self-declared “emotional midwife” and she told him to “write down everything before it rots inside and bursts out your eyeballs.” Technically, it’s advice. Having witnessed the ascension of the God of Madness should count as being licensed. Right?
So now he’s writing.
Sort of.
Mostly documenting.
With style.Because when your life suddenly includes monsters, magical conch shells, and getting punted into shark tanks by women with demon eyes, someone’s gotta keep track of it all.

Summary
Inside Voices is a bonus series of brain-deep dives into the minds of Prince of Pearls characters. Instead of traditional perspective shifts, each scene dives into a character’s internal control room—think Inside Out meets Percy Jackson meets ’What if this person had five little weirdos arguing over every decision they make? ’
From teachers barely hanging on during field trips, to immortal warriors navigating sibling feelings like they're defusing bombs, to sea princes who claim not to care (and have a whole department dedicated to pretending that’s true)—every mind is its own flavor of chaos.

Summary
The nymph hunters came at dusk and dawn, in fire and shadow, in silence and ruin.
And the nymphs, caught between instinct and inevitability, met them as only they could.
Some ran. Some fought. Some burned. Some broke.
But none were saved.
And as the tide pulled back, as the flames swallowed roots, as the mountain stood bereft of its guardian, as the last note of the revel faded into silence—
Only the echoes of their loss remained.

Summary
Percy Jackson wanted one thing: to stop being everyone’s default emotional support plushie.
So he whispered into a conch shell and asked the ocean for a hug.
The ocean sent Clarence.
Now there’s a shark-headed horse galloping across Camp Half-Blood’s shores, sparking biologist meltdowns, divine gossip, and emotional breakthroughs Percy absolutely did not ask for. He’s majestic. He’s horrifying. He sparkles. He might be Percy’s half-brother. And he gives really, really good hugs.
This is the story of one demigod, one eldritch cuddle-beast, and the wave of weird love that followed.

Summary
Percy Jackson had a plan: give his mom the best Mother’s Day ever. Armed with shells, glitter, and questionable pancake technique, he’s determined to create something unforgettable. Nothing could possibly go wrong. Probably.
Triton expected a routine surface check-in. A few minutes of awkward mortal bonding, maybe a weather update, definitely some light judgment. What he got instead was amateur crafting, aggressive glitter, and the dawning realization that nothing involving his littlest brother ever goes smoothly.
Clackleton the crab remembers the tidepool. He remembers freedom. He does not remember signing up for this. All he knows is: he was taken, there is no honor in diplomacy, and the revolution begins at breakfast.
