Summary
Roses; a flower known for its symbolism of beauty and passion, the color is often striking and can often be seen from far distances. Different colors held different meanings, but the symbolism usually remained— it was to express a specific longing for someone, whether that be platonic or romantic, it was up to the gifter’s interpretation.
Its structure was unique compared to other flowers, they grow in shrubs and hedges, both found in the wild and cultivated, which was fairly normal. But what made it unique was that it had sharp thorns— more commonly known as prickles— but even if it was smaller in size, it was larger in numbers and getting stuck in a rose bush was definitely unideal. Its defense mechanism against potential enemies was aggressive, a desperate attempt at defending itself from any predators, wanting so badly to thrive and bloom until it was time for it to wither away, forgotten by most.
The deep red was akin to the blood he shed each battle, whether it was his or not. The blood that had been shed reminded Stormz of the similarities that they both had in this server, their morals were aligned and their fate entwined in a way that both of them can’t explain.
