Sesshomaru fights to take back what is rightfully his, but the battle spreads to what was once known to be, and maybe still is his most prized possession.

Kagome had succeeded in defeating Naraku and fixing the Shikon No Tama. It took her years to be permitted to return to the past and she never could have expected that she wouldn't be returning alone. Ellie made a vow to protect Kagome and not even the threats that she would face in feudal japan would prevent her from keeping that promise. Ellie had prepared for a lot of things through her experiences and adventures in her life. Nothing could have fully prepared her for what she would face traveling five hundred years in the past, including meeting Lord Sesshomaru of the Western Lands. He certainly wasn't prepared for Ellie to turn his life unside down in the middle of a war.
