He keeps reliving it.
As captain, it's his prerogative; he's figuring out if there was a better way to resolve the situation, if there's anything he missed, so if he faces a similar scenario in the future, he can achieve the best possible outcome at the lowest possible cost. It's his damn vocation to think about it, to learn from his mistakes, to do a better job next time. That's what being a Starfleet captain is about.
As a man, it's unforgivable, but he can't seem to stop.

It makes sense for most people to have time off after a traumatic event, but to her it feels more like a punishment. She desperately wants to go back on duty, back to normal.

He’s always kind, even though she’s bad enough at flying that it’s a bit mortifying. He never makes her feel stupid or useless for not having gotten the hang of it yet. Pike's face always lights up when he sees her these days (which she's trying so hard to ignore, because she knows nothing's going to happen, but it makes her so soft); then he says, "Ensign, walk with me."
And she does, because hello, Captain, but also because it's Pike, and she very much wants to be someone who can be there for him. She just didn't actually expect him to take her up on it.

Summary
Chris' teeth are chattering with the cold, but he works efficiently, using his phaser to heat a patch of rock, then herding Tilly gently to sit down near it. She's even colder than he is, moving sluggishly and less responsive than he'd like. Given they're soaked to the bone, none of the choices here are great, but awkwardness in the pursuit of saving their lives seems a reasonable bargain.
He tears open a thermal blanket, then channels every impersonal nurse he's ever met and says, "Let's get you out of these wet clothes, hmmm?"

“‘Fraid not,” said Pike, trailing his fingers over the back of his chair as he walked by. “Everything alright?” He lounged back into the seat, just a little more reclined that he would be on duty, his legs spread just a bit too wide. He was in dark civilian trousers and a grey henley shirt. The top button was open, and shadows pooled in the divot of his clavicle. Even in her embarrassment, Tilly couldn’t make herself look away.
